INTRODUCTORY PRICING
INTRODUCTORY PRICING
These small-group art therapy sessions are designed to be supportive, flexible, and accessible. Each group meets weekly for 75 minutes and is offered in a standalone format—which means you can register for one session at a time based on your schedule and needs. While each session is complete on its own, attending regularly will offer a more connected experience, with themes and skills that build over time. You'll benefit from deeper self-awareness, more consistent regulation tools, and a greater sense of safety and connection within the group.
Groups are trauma-informed, art-centered, and clinically grounded, open to all experience levels—no art background needed. Each session includes:
A grounding or regulation activity to start
Guided art-making using varied materials
A theme or prompt tied to emotional or relational goals
Space for reflection, group sharing (optional), and closure
Topics may include emotional regulation, boundaries, stress relief, identity, connection, shame resilience, and self-compassion. Every group is capped at 10 participants to support a safe, contained space for expression.
A new round of groups will begin approximately every 12 weeks, offering ongoing opportunities to return, deepen the work, or join when the time feels right. Whether you're trying one session or attending regularly, you’re welcome here.
