Exploring Art Therapy Group
Curious about how creativity can support your mental and emotional well-being? This four-session group is designed to introduce you to the basics of art therapy in a safe, supportive environment. Each session is 75 minutes and includes a grounding activity, guided art-making, and time for reflection and optional sharing. No art experience is required—just a willingness to explore.

A calm, welcoming space to slow down and create
Simple art materials and prompts to help you express yourself
Guidance from a trauma-informed art therapist
The freedom to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with

What Is Creativity? Understanding creative expression and what it means for you
How Can Creativity Help Us Grow? Using art as a tool for self-awareness and resilience
Creativity and Connection Exploring how art can strengthen connection—to self and others
Closing & Reflection A recap session to look back on what you’ve learned and carry it forward
Come to one session or all four—each one stands on its own, but together they create a meaningful experience.
