Each 75-minute session includes guided art-making, reflective prompts, and trauma-informed support to help you connect more deeply with your emotions, reduce stress, and rediscover your inner voice.
No art experience is needed. This is a space for exploration, expression, and gentle growth—on your terms and at your pace.
