Each 75-minute session combines guided art-making with group reflection and trauma-informed support, offering tools to build emotional regulation, reduce internalized shame, and foster connection. This group is not about fixing—it’s about showing up, creating space for what’s real, and learning how to carry it with care.
No art experience needed—just a willingness to engage creatively and be part of a supportive community.
