This group offers a safe space to slow down, express what’s hard to put into words, and learn practical ways to cope with anxiety and depression. Through art-making, reflection, and conversation, you’ll gain tools to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and build self-awareness. No art experience is required—just an openness to explore creativity as part of your healing process.
