This group is a space created for women to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through creativity. Over eight weeks, we’ll use art-making, reflection, and open discussion to explore what it means to care for ourselves, set boundaries, and find strength in our stories. No art experience is needed—just come as you are.

Self-Care as a Necessity, Not a Luxury – Understanding and practicing true self-care
Resiliency – Building strength and flexibility through life’s challenges
You’re Not Crazy! – Normalizing emotional experiences and breaking harmful narratives
Boundaries & Balance – Exploring healthy limits and what saying “no” can create space for
Filling Your Cup – Reclaiming energy and joy in daily life
Motherhood & Womanhood – Honoring identity, roles, and the complexities that come with them
Self-Confidence & Closing Reflections – Recognizing growth and carrying it forward
Each session lasts 75 minutes and is trauma-informed, creative, and community-oriented. Attend one session or the full series—every week offers something valuable, but the journey deepens when you return.
